Founder/Director
Nathan Dell is the founder of Re:Create and a hairdresser with over a decade of experience across salon, editorial and fashion. Having honed his craft in some of East London's leading salons, he has worked backstage at international Fashion Weeks, styled clients for red-carpet events and collaborated with leading names in beauty and fashion.
Specialising in bespoke colour and precision cutting, Nathan is known for creating effortless, wearable hair tailored to each individual. He founded Re:Create in 2021 with a vision to create an inclusive, creative salon where clients feel comfortable, confident and completely themselves.
Kennedy Rough
Senior Stylist/Colour Expert
London-born & third-generation hairdresser, Kennedy brings a legacy of craft with a modern, fearless edge. A master colourist with experience spanning fashion, editorial, and salon floors worldwide, she’s known for creating effortlessly lived-in colour, seamless corrections, and beautifully blended greys.
From Ibiza to Milan, Paris to Hong Kong, her global experience shapes a refined eye for detail, diversity, and trend. Whether it’s a subtle refresh or a complete transformation, Kennedy approaches every client with creativity, precision, and just the right amount of boldness because playing it safe has never been her style.
Jenny Green
Senior Stylist/Bleach Specialist
Jenny has worked in the hair and makeup industry for 15+ years. She loves to work with your natural texture, specialising in curly cuts, creative colour and shaggy, lived-in styles. Jenny wants to create a safe space in the chair for you where you are listened to and your needs come first.
Stylist and Bleach Specialist with over 15 years of experience in the hair styling industry. Her extensive background spans fashion, celebrity, and salon settings, allowing her to develop exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to client care. She provides a full range of cutting services, barbering, and event styling, including up-dos, vintage styles, wedding hair, and braiding, ensuring each client leaves with a look tailored to their individual needs.
